My hip felt great on Wednesday when I ran 6 mi but when I attempted an easy 4 mi run on Friday morning, I only last about a 1/4 of a mile before I started to notice something feel off so I immediately stopped running. Not really sure what's going on but I'm extra cautious since I'm prone to injuries. It doesn't hurt when I walk or even jump rope but only when I run. As of now, Boston is a little up in the air.
Monday: 40 min elliptical; total body circuit w/ jump rope
Wednesday: 6 mi (7:55 pace); lifted total body
Thursday: 45 min elliptical
Friday: 30 min bike, total body circuit w/ jump rope
Saturday: 15 min rower, 45 min spinning
Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning
TOTAL: 6 mi
