Weekly Recap: December 6-12

Todd was sick all week so as soon as I started to feel a slight twinge of sickness, I took some cold medicine. I think this helped because I only felt kinda bad on Wednesday & Thursday and decided extra sleep was more important than working out.

Monday: 4 mi (8:02 pace)

Tuesday: 75 min Power Flow yoga
30 min elliptical

Wednesday: REST

Thursday: REST

Friday: 3 mi (7:52 pace), 30 min bike

Saturday: 30 min bike, 30 min elliptical

Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning

TOTAL: 7 mi
