Weekly Recap: March 7-13

This was one of the best weeks I'd had in a long time. I felt great during most of my workouts and definitely feel like I'm finally getting faster & stronger. This week I start teaching Spinning/TRX at a new studio and I cannot wait! Another extra perk of teaching, besides getting paid, is I now get to take free yoga classes from the studio!

Monday: 1 hr TRX class

Tuesday: 45 min spinning
3 mi (7:44 pace; 8:00, 7:38, 7:35)

Wednesday: 7 mi (8:16 pace)

Thursday: 75 min Power Flow Yoga
1 hr TRX class

Friday: REST

Saturday: 6 mi (8:01 pace)
75 min Spinning/TRX combo class

Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning

TOTAL: 16 mi
