Weekly Recap: September 12-18

I ended the week with 42 miles and my longest training run ever--21 miles. I decided to run part of the Columbus Marathon course so I started at around mile 10 and ran to where the finish is and tacked on a couple miles at the end. Todd again biked next to me while I ran, which was a lifesaver. This week will be a cutback week before I ramp it back up one more week.

**WARNING--There is a frightening photo of myself at the end of this post; I can't believe I'm posting this but this is how salty I was on the car ride home from running 21 miles**

21 miles in 8:18 pace

Monday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:15 pace)
5 mi w/ Emily (8:32 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class

Wednesday: 8 mi (3 x 1 mile @ 7:10, 7:01, 6:54; average pace 7:37)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
taught 1 hr spinning

Friday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:27 pace)

Saturday: 21 mi (8:18 pace)

Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning

TOTAL: 42 mi
