Weekly Recap: October 17-23

Week 1 of recovery went well & for once, I didn't feel guilty for taking 3 days of rest! My left quad, right knee, and left achilles tendon were sore after the marathon and still don't feel 100% so I'll probably take another week or two off from running.

Monday: REST

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class

Wednesday: REST

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class

Friday: REST

Saturday: 40 min bike

Sunday: taught 20 min core & 50 min spinning

TOTAL: 0 mi
