First week of taper went well with a couple tempo runs and some runs around goal marathon pace....nothing spectacular to report. This is my final taper week before the Columbus Marathon on Sunday.
Monday: 8 mi w/ 20 min @ 7:28 pace (7:46 total pace for 8 mi)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Wednesday: 4 mi (8:04 pace)
6 mi w/ Cbus Pacers running group (7:38 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Friday: REST
Saturday: 8 mi (8:11 pace)
1 hr Yoga @ the Shoe w/ lululemon
Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning
TOTAL: 26 mi
