Pretty boring week of workouts since I taught Spinning/TRX three days in a row. My knee is feeling good though so I plan on running about 15 miles this week. Hoping to squeeze in a hot power yoga class too because although I liked the power yoga class I did last week, I definitely prefer hot power yoga. Starting to contemplate my race schedule for 2012 too...
Monday: 4 mi (8:12 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Wednesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Friday: 3 mi (8:17 pace); 30 min elliptical
Saturday: 70 min Power Yoga; 3 mi (8:11 pace)
Sunday: 1 hr Spinning/Core (Had a 4 hr Spinning & Core Training Class)
TOTAL: 10 mi
