Capped of the week with a great half marathon; I didn't have a lot of expectations & I ran an evenly-paced race (my fastest mile was 7:39 and my slowest was 7:53) and surprisingly ran my 2nd fastest half marathon!
Monday: 7 mi (8:13 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Wednesday: 7 mi (7:57 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Friday: REST
Saturday: 4 mi (8:20 pace)
Sunday: Last Chance for Boston 1/2 Marathon (1:41:16; 7:44 pace)
taught 1 hr Spinning
TOTAL: 31 mi
