Weekly Recap: March 26-April 1

Clearly, I was not intending for last week to be a rest week but that's what happens when you get norovirus. Not to be graphic, but I threw up 8x within an 8 hour time frame and lost 4 lbs. I didn't eat anything for almost 48 hours. Even teaching on Thursday was extremely challenging with the little energy I had. I finally felt back to my normal self with an appetite on Friday. Hoping for a double digit long run this Saturday.

Saturday: 5 mi (8:08 pace)

Sunday: 5 mi w/ Emily (8:31 pace)
