Weekly Recap: April 23-29

We spent all last week enjoying the sights of San Francisco--it was an amazing trip & fabulous city!  I didn't get in as many actual "workouts" in as I would have liked but we probably walked at least 5-6 miles every day so I definitely wasn't being lazy.

I took a class at the TRX Training Center

Tuesday: 3 mi (8:51)

Wednesday: REST

Thursday: 1 hr Circuit Training class at the TRX Center

Friday: 4 mi (8:39 pace)

Saturday: REST

Sunday: 4 mi (8:17 pace)

TOTAL: 11 mi
