Weekly Recap: May 7-13

Standard week of workouts--taught 6 classes & ran 23 miles.  Hoping for more of the same this week with an increase in mileage.  Starting in June, I'll incorporate more speedwork but I'm working on building a base for the next few weeks.

Monday: 6 mi (ran 3 mi w/ Todd; 8:06 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
taught 30 min core & taught 45 min Spinning

Wednesday: 5 mi (8:07 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
4 mi w/ Todd (8:30 pace)

Friday: REST

Saturday: taught 1 hr Spinning

Sunday: 8 mi (ran last 4 mi w/ Todd; 8:12 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

TOTAL: 23 mi
