My speedwork at the track went great on Memorial Day as did my long run on Sunday--I ran most of my miles under 8:00 minute pace! This week will be more of the same with an increase in my long run to 12 miles.
Monday: 5 mi (at the track; 1 mi warm up, 4 x 800 (3:22, 3:23, 3:22, 3:20) w/ 400 jog in b/w, 1 mi cool down)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
taught 30 min Core & taught 45 min Spinning
Wednesday: 8 mi (last 3 mi w/ Todd; 8:15 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
Friday: 4 mi (8:14 pace)
Saturday: taught 1 hr Spinning
3 mi w/ Todd (8:24 pace)
Sunday: 11 mi (8:03 pace; last mile in 7:38)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
TOTAL: 31 mi
