Week 1 of marathon training was great despite the high heat & humidity on Saturday morning. We reached a high of 101 degrees that day which means it was already 80 degrees by the time I got started at 5:45 AM. I was pleased to hold a reasonable pace to and even finished the last couple under goal marathon pace.

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
taught 30 min Core and taught 45 min Spinning
Wednesday: 8 mi (8:06 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
Friday: 4 mi (8:28 pace)
Saturday: 13 mi (8:08 pace)
Sunday: 4 mi @ Sharon Woods w/ Todd (8:28 pace)
