45 min Boot Camp class @ Columbus Commons
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
taught 30 min Core and taught 45 min Spinning
Wednesday: 6 mi progression run (7:56 pace; 8:31, 8:19, 8:14, 8:03, 7:38, 6:50)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
Friday: 6 mi (8:13 pace; felt like I was running a lot slower than this; was supposed to be an easy run!)
Saturday: 15 mi (8:28 pace)
Sunday: REST
TOTAL: 33 mi
