I'm really lacking motivation to do any more than 5-6 miles but I think it's time to give my body somewhat of a rest from training. No idea what the next 3-4 months will hold in terms of racing since the cold weather is approaching. I will be teaching quite a bit more through the end of the year to help fill in since one of the TRX instructors left.

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
Wednesday: 5 mi (8:22 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
Friday: 4 mi (8:07 pace)
Saturday: 5 mi w/ Todd (8:07 pace)
Sunday: 5 mi (7:36 pace; 7:56, 7:29, 7:31, 7:36, 7:25)
