I had to work at 4:00 AM on Monday & Wednesday but was able to bring my laptop to work and do Insanity those mornings when I had a short break at 7:00 AM. I just have to get through this week of week and Christmas celebrations before my running will *hopefully* get back on track.

Sunday: 4 mi (8:00 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
