Weekly Recap: November 26-December 2

Slowly starting to get back into the groove of running a bit more but I'm content with what I'm doing considering how hectic my schedule is through the end of the year.

Monday: 4 mi (7:58 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

Wednesday: 3 x 1 mi @ 7:30-7:40 with core work in between

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga

Friday: REST

Saturday: 6 mi (8:05 pace)

Sunday: 6 mi w/ lululemon Easton Run Club (8:23 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

TOTAL: 19 mi
