I've been doing almost all my runs on the treadmill because of the dark, cold mornings but I was so excited to run in almost 60 degree weather in shorts & short sleeves outside on Saturday in Houston--it was amazing! The day before I went to the local YMCA near my Grandma's house and got my butt kicked in an hour long boot camp class. I'm so used to using only the TRX for strength training that it felt good to use weights and I was definitely sore the next day.
Monday: 4 mi (8:22 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 5 mi (8:27 pace)
Thursday: 5 mi (8:26 pace)
Friday: 1 hr Boot Camp at Katy YMCA
Saturday: 6 mi (8:30 pace)
Sunday: REST
TOTAL: 20 mi
