I was happy I finally ran longer than 4 miles at one time this week when I did 6 miles on Saturday morning. I was limited on time during the week for my workouts because I had to be at work by 6:45 AM on Mon, Wed, and Fri and was pretty tired by the time I got home from work.
Monday: 4 mi (8:33 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga and took 30 min Yoga
Friday: 4 mi (8:32 pace)
Saturday: 6 mi (8:36 pace)
Sunday: 4 mi (8:25 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
TOTAL: 18 mi
