Weekly Recap: March 4-10

Another busy week at work with some pretty early mornings meant a couple rest days.  I had a great weekend of runs though with 6 mi on Saturday followed by 7 mi outside in shorts on Sunday--really wishing this spring-like weather would stick around!  I had a day off from teaching Spin/TRX on Sunday afternoon since there was an all day certification class held at the studio which meant no classes could be held.

Monday: 5 mi (8:34 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: REST

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga & took 30 min Yoga

Friday: REST

Saturday: 6 mi (8:33 pace)

Sunday: 7 mi (3 mi by myself & 4 mi w/ Todd; 8:26 pace)

TOTAL: 18 mi
