I had a really great week of workouts now that I'm feeling back to 100%. I was able to run 20 miles and teach my classes. I'd love the keep my mileage right around 20 mi/week but I know I also need to take some rest days here and there. My runs still feel easy for the most part but I know once I get further along, I'll be slowing my pace even more. My biggest complain right now is I'll get 10 minutes into a run and feel like I need to pee!

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 3 mi (8:44 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga
Friday: 5 mi (8:50 pace)
Saturday: 4 mi (8:47 pace)
Sunday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:48 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
TOTAL: 20 mi
