After running 22 miles last week, I only managed to run twice this week for a total of 9 miles. We were out of town for Easter and I also had a cold, which I thought was developing into a sinus infection, so I tried to take it easy. This is hard for me though--I'm not used to taking it easy!

Wednesday: 5 mi (8:45 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga
Friday: 4 mi (8:45 pace)
Saturday: REST
Sunday: REST
TOTAL: 9 mi
