Weekly Recap: May 6-12

I had to sub an extra class after work on Tuesday and I worked late on Wednesday so I was a little tired this week.  I was also pretty sore after I taught both classes on Tuesday and took it somewhat easy the rest of the week running.

Monday: Rest

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga

Wednesday: 4 mi (8:50 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga

Friday: 3 mi (8:47 pace)

Saturday: 3 mi (8:44 pace)

Sunday: 3 mi (8:55 pace)

TOTAL: 13 mi

I took my first TRX class about a month ago and LOVED it. It was so tough but I needed it. I'm trying to make sure I incorporate strength training through this pregnancy to keep that balance. Nice week!
