Weekly Recap: June 3-9

I took it pretty easy this week with my running and made sure to take one rest day.  I was a little bit more tired than usual and didn't really feel like pushing myself that much.  Still feeling good while running though.....25 weeks down, 15 to go until we meet Baby Rodrick!

Monday: 3 mi (8:50 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga

Friday: 3 mi w/ Todd (8:49 pace)

Saturday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:44 pace)

Sunday: 4 mi (8:55 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

TOTAL: 14 mi
