Weekly Recap: August 12-18

First full week of no running and I'm already itching to get back even if it only means running 2-3 miles.  I was able to do a few TRX/Cardio workouts at home as well as spinning at PAI so I'm still working out most days which I feel good about.  I have an appointment with the chiropractor tomorrow afternoon so hopefully this will help my SI joint pain.

Monday: 30 min TRX/Cardio workout at home

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 40 min Spinning on my own

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 30 min TRX/Cardio workout at home

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 45 min Spinning

TOTAL: 0 mi
