Weight gain: 19.5 pounds
Maternity clothes: Maternity pants/shorts and regular & maternity tops & dresses
Symptoms: Braxton Hicks contractions & cramping
Exercise: Plan on teaching Spin/TRX two days/week up until my due date and either Spinning, running, or doing a TRX/Cardio workout at home a few days/week for a total of 5-6 workouts/week
Food cravings: Fries and milkshakes
Food aversions: Nothing
Movement: Stretching & squirming constantly
Sleep: Sleeping great but have had to get up 2-3 times/night to go to the bathroom so maybe this is a sign that she's dropped a little bit and is putting more pressure on my bladder
Looking forward to: Ultrasound tomorrow and dr appointment on Friday. I was measuring 35 cm last Friday (fundal height) but that was the same as the week before so my doctor wanted me to get an ultrasound just to make sure she's doing okay in there. I was also 1 cm dilated & 50% effaced last Friday so hoping for even more progress this Friday.
Best moment of the week: Realizing that our little girl could really come any day now! We're really excited to finally meet her.
