On Sunday afternoon, after four weeks of having Lucy in our lives, Todd & I had our first outing without her. While she was definitely missed, it was nice to spend a couple hours hanging out just the two of us and having some important couple time. My parents came over to watch Lucy and while I wish I could say Todd & I had some really awesome afternoon planned, all it involved was lunch at Firehouse Subs and a trip to the grocery store, but, it was perfect.

I think grocery shopping solo is pretty nice!! Henry is finally getting to the age where I can take him with me and he'll be ok in the grocery cart. I know it's not long before he goes crazy grabbing things off the shelves. :) I think the beer tasting is such a good bonus!!
That is so great you got to get out together. We have yet to be out together but have been out individually. Hopefully it will happen soon! I know my parents would watch her in a heartbeat!
