Weekly Recap: November 11-17

I  met my goal of running a 6 miler (the longest I've run since late Spring/early Summer!) and also had my first postpartum run averaging under 8:00 pace!  Hoping to run a 5K next month and attempt to start training for a half in the Spring.

Monday: 4 mi (8:03 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 1 hr Spinning

Wednesday: 5 mi (8:27 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 4 mi (7:54 pace)

Saturday: 4 mi (8:26 pace)

Sunday: 6 mi (8:34 pace)

TOTAL: 23 mi

What an awesome week! I am hoping to get out and do some walking before I start adding barre classes in - and then eventually running in a few more weeks.
