Weekly Recap: November 4-10

I managed to run a few more miles than the week before and again, hope to bump it up just slightly this week & add in a 6 mi run.  I was so thrilled to be able to run with people was great to get out of the house and have some adult interaction!

Monday: 5 mi (8:08 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 3 mi (8:16 pace)
Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred (Level 3)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 5 mi (8:37 pace)

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 4 mi @ Highbanks w/ Tracy & a couple other girls (10:15 pace but I think my Garmin was off--it is hilly but one of the other girls had us at 9:45 pace)

TOTAL: 17 mi
