Hoping to maintain 20-30 miles/week for the next month or so before I start training for the Cap City Half, which I registered for last week. I also own a few workout DVDs that I rarely do and really liked the Xtreme Abs workout I did on Monday. I plan on incorporating this into my workouts, probably after a shorter run, once a week.
Monday: 3 mi (8:10 pace)
Jackie Warner Xtreme Abs workout (15 min)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 6 mi (7:36 pace; 2x2 mi @ 7:30, 7:16 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Cardio/Core circuit @ home with 1 mi (7:39 pace)
Friday: 6 mi (8:16 pace)
Saturday: 8 mi (8:04 pace)
Sunday: 45 min Spinning (actually took a class instead of teaching!)
TOTAL: 24 mi
