I finished last week with another strong week of runs and hope to get in a 12 mi run this week as the Cap City Half Marathon is now only 6 weeks away. I'd like to also get my mile repeats all within the 6:40-6:50 range too within the next couple months. I'm already looking ahead past the half marathon and have a 5K I'd like to PR at in the beginning of June.

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 7 mi (7:56 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 10 mi (8:06 pace)
Saturday: 5 mi (8:18 pace)
Sunday: 6 mi (7:23 pace w/ 3 x 1 mi @ 7:02, 6:58, 6:54)
TOTAL: 32 mi
