Weekly Recap: March 3-9

First official week of training for the Cap City 1/2 went better than expected!  I hit 31 miles for the week with a few easy runs, a long run of 10 mi, and a tempo run.  Hoping to keep my mileage between 25-35 mi/week leading up to race day.

Monday: 5 mi (8:20 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 6 mi (7:52 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 10 mi (8:02 pace)

Saturday: 4 mi (8:20 pace)
15 min Jackie Warner Xtreme Abs DVD

Sunday: 6 mi (7:44 pace with 3 mi tempo @ 7:30 pace)

TOTAL: 31 mi
