Weekly Recap: April 14-20

I ran my longest run for my training for the Cap City Half Marathon last Friday when I did 13 mi and I hit 30 mi again for my weekly mileage.  I'll be up in Cleveland on Saturday for the Cleveland 10 Miler which I plan on running easy with Emily.

Monday: 4 mi (7:53 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 7 mi (7:32 pace w/ 3 x 1 mi @ 7:08, 7:03, 6:59)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 13 mi (8:10 pace)

Saturday: 6 mi (8:20 pace)

Sunday: REST

TOTAL: 30 mi
