Weekly Recap: June 30-July 5

It felt so good to be back teaching and doing some higher intensity exercise.  I've been trying to really challenge myself on my morning treadmill walks and have been walking at 4.4-4.6 mph & alternating between 0% and 8% grade every 5 minutes.  It still isn't the same as running but I'll take what I can get for now.  Hoping to get cleared in 2 weeks to start running again!

Monday: walked 2 mi on treadmill & walked 2 mi outside w/ Lucy

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: walked 2 mi on treadmill in 27:05; walked 2 mi w/ Lucy & Todd

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: walked 3 mi on treadmill in 39:33; walked 2 mi w/ Lucy

Saturday: 45 mi Spinning

Sunday: walked 3 mi on treadmill in 39:03

TOTAL: 0 mi
