Weekly Recap: October 13-19

Love that I'm able to add a bit more variety to my workouts now that my back is feeling better and stronger.  I was finally able to go back to System of Strength and take a class.  I did the 1 hour Control class on Friday morning which is basically an hour of strength training.  It doesn't involve any jumping or high intensity cardio (which is good since I'm not cleared to do that yet) but I was definitely working up a good sweat lifting my 8 pound dumbbells and resistance bands. 

Monday: walked 4 mi on treadmill; Jackie Warner Xtreme Abs DVD (15 min)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: walked 6 mi on treadmill

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Control class at System of Strength
walked 2 mi w/ Lucy

Saturday: 45 min Spinning

Sunday: Rest

TOTAL: Walked 12 mi
