First full week back to teaching Spin/TRX and actually doing the workout and I'm happy to report that I feel great. I haven't even felt the slightest twinge in my back and hope it stays that way! Still walking on the treadmill at a decent pace (4.4-4.7 mph) on the mornings I don't teach and am also adding in core exercises 2-3 times/week.
Monday: Walked 4 mi and did strength & core circuit (15 min)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: Walked 4 mi and did core exercises
walked 2 mi w/ Lucy
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: Walked 5 mi and did core exercises
Saturday: Walked 4 mi
Sunday: 45 min Spinning
TOTAL: Walked 19 mi
