Weekly Recap: December 15-21

I tried a couple different PiYo workouts this week, including Drench and Hardcore on the Floor, and while I was hoping I was going to love these, I just found them to be okay.  I still have two more to try but so far my favorites are Sweat and Buns. 

Monday: walked 2 mi on treadmill & PiYo Sweat

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: Insanity Pure Cardio

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: PiYo Drench & 30 min bike @ Y

Saturday: PiYo Hardcore on the Floor & 45 min Spinning

Sunday: walked 2 min on treadmill & PiYo Buns
