Weekly Recap: April 27-May 3

Last week was a weird week for workouts because Todd was out of town for the first part of the week which meant I had to do workouts at home (although I did take Lucy to the Y on Monday evening) and then we were in Texas the second part of the week so I had to do my workouts at the hotel.

Monday: Strength/Cardio circuit @ home; 30 min elliptical @ Y

Tuesday: Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance (40 min)

Wednesday: 3 mi walk/jog & core workout

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit (40 min)

Saturday: 30 min elliptical & strength/cardio circuit @ hotel

Sunday: 3 mi walk/jog @ hotel
