Weekly Recap: May 11-17

I was able to work out with Todd a couple times last week doing Insanity (he's actually going through the whole program so I just join in here & there) and was able to take a free barre3 class on Friday for my birthday.

Monday: 1 hr Boot Camp @ Y

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit w/ Todd

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own); 1 hr barre3 class

Saturday: Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance w/ Todd

Sunday: 3 mi walk/jog on treadmill (walked 4 min, jogged 6 min for 3 mi)
