Weekly Recap: June 1-7

I had a good week of workouts which included a few of my favorite things: Tabata workout, Spinning, running, and a class at System of Strength.

Monday: ran 1 mi (10:11 pace), 20 min Tabata workout, ran 1 mi (9:55 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 40 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX; ran 3 mi w/ Lucy (9:18 pace)

Friday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Saturday: 20 min walk/jog + core workout

Sunday: 4 mi run w/ Todd (8:40 pace)
