I was able to run 4 miles twice this week with Todd (and Lucy on one of the runs) as well as take a Clocked class @ System of Strength, teach, and do the elliptical & some more Spinning....so it was a little bit of everything! I also had a much needed rest day on our long drive back from Outerbanks to Columbus.
Monday: 30 min elliptical @ Outerbanks YMCA + core workout
Tuesday: 4 mi w/ Todd in Nags Head (8:37 pace)
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength
Saturday: 40 min Spinning @ Y (on my own) + core workout
Sunday: 4 mi w/ Todd & Lucy (8:32 pace)
TOTAL: 8 mi
