Weekly Recap: September 7-13

I had some killer workouts this week at T&J No Limit Fitness, ran a few times (my favorite run being with Todd & Lucy on Labor Day!), had a couple easier days when I taught Spin/TRX, and one rest day yesterday.  All in all, it was a good week.


Pre-run

Monday: Insanity Pure Cardio (40 min) + 4 mi w/ Todd & Lucy (8:40 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 4 mi (8:51 pace); 1 hr Shred @ T&J No Limit Fitness

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Blast @ T&J No Limit Fitness; 3 mi (didn't wear garmin so not sure of pace)

Saturday: 4 mi (8:45 pace) + 20 min Tabata workout

Sunday: Rest
