Weekly Recap: October 19-25

Typical week of workouts although I somehow was the only person at the 5:30 AM Shred class at T&J No Limit Fitness on Friday.  Since the instructor/trainer was focused solely on me (until halfway through class when one of the owners, and also instructor/trainer, joined me and I was very appreciative of that!), I felt like I was really pushing myself and was pretty sore the next day.

Monday: 5 mi (8:14 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 3 mi (8:14 pace) + Insanity Pure Cardio

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Shred @ T&J No Limit Fitness + 3 mi (8:45 pace)

Saturday: 40 min Spinning @ Y (on my own) + 15 min Tabata workout

Sunday: Rest
