Weekly Recap: December 7-13

My back continues to feel more & more back to normal although I still notice it will tighten up if I turn suddenly or move too quickly (which is pretty much impossible not to do with a 2 year old running around).  I'm definitely still trying to do more lower impact workouts and add in more core exercises.

Monday: 30 min walk/jog + 20 min Tabata workout

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own) + 15 min strength/core

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: taught 1 hr TRX + 30 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Saturday: 2 mi walk/jog + 20 min Tabata workout

Sunday: Rest
