Weekly Recap: December 28-January 3

This past week, I taught twice, went to System of Strength twice (really need to get back to T&J No Limit Fitness too), and ran a few days on the treadmill.

Monday: 1 hr In the Mix @ System of Strength

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 20 min Step Mill + 3 mi (8:59 pace) @ Y

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 4 mi (8:55 pace) + 15 min strength/cardio circuit

Saturday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Sunday: 3 mi (8:55 pace)

Total: 10 mi
