Weekly Recap: January 11-17

I ran a bit more than I usually do this past week but I knew I'd only be able to run 1-2 times this week.  I also made it to 2 classes at System of Strength (they changed their schedule a bit so I'm actually able to make it to more classes now) and did Insanity one morning too.

Monday: 20 min Step Mill + 3 mi (8:41 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 3 mi (8:59 pace) + Insanity Pure Cardio

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr In the Mix @ System of Strength + 2 mi (8:58 pace)

Saturday: 4 mi (8:53 pace)

Sunday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Total: 12 mi
