Weekly Recap: February 8-14

Nothing out of the ordinary last week for my workouts except I ended up subbing an hour long Spinning class on Saturday morning.  Typically, I like 30-45 min of Spinning but this 60 min class went by surprisingly fast and since I had almost a full class, there was a lot of positive energy and I was loving it!

Monday: 4 mi (8:50 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 20 min Step Mill + 4 mi (8:36 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr In the Mix @ System of Strength + 3 mi (8:40 pace)

Saturday: taught 1 hr Spinning

Sunday: Rest

Total: 11 mi
