Weekly Recap: March 14-20

Another full week of workouts since I subbed again on Sunday afternoon for a Spin/TRX class (Sundays are usually my rest days).  SI joint pain is hit or miss so I'm just listening to my body when I wake up in the morning to figure out what kind of workout I can do.

Monday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: Insanity Pure Cardio + walk/jog 2 mi

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday:  1 hr Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Saturday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Sunday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
