Weekly Recap: March 7-13

My SI joint started bothering me about a week or so ago so I took it easy in terms of running and my maternity massage on Friday also helped it feel better by the end of the week.  I did have this issue when I was pregnant at Lucy (but later on around 32-34 weeks pregnant) and have also had this issue when I haven't been pregnant so I'm not really sure what the cause is.  Good news is that it feels back to normal already.

Monday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance + 30 min Tabata

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr In the Mix @ System of Strength

Saturday: 3 mi walk/jog + 100 Countdown Workout

Sunday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
