Still feeling pretty good during my workouts but really have to stretch quite a bit so the sciatica doesn't get to be too bad. I have PT scheduled for Thursday so we'll have to wait and see what kind of stretches and exercises they recommend.
Monday: 15 min Stepmill + 30 min elliptical
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 20 min walk/jog + Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 1 hr Spinning @ Y (on my own)
Saturday: 40 min Spinning @ Y (on my own) + 15 min cardio/strength circuit
Sunday: Rest
